What is a periodontal chart

A periodontal chart is a quantitative assessment of each tooth's condition: pocket depth, gum attachment level, and mobility. Without this data, periodontitis treatment is subjective. With a chart, it becomes a measurable process with clear dynamics.

How the examination is conducted:
